   Skatoramps Company won’t be responsible for any failure in the building or construction of your ramp. Buyer assumes and understands by accepting this product that skateboarding, roller-skating, rollerblading, and other similar activities may be extremely hazardous, and dangerous. Buyer assumes that all Skatoramps Company materials are harmless from and against any claim or expense incurred in connection with or arising from use of this product, including, but not limited to, claims for personal injuries, medical expenses, attorney’s fees, and interest.

   Buyer purchases all materials from Skatoramps “as is – where is”. Any defect in the ramps constructed on the basis of the ramp plans you bought is not Skatoramps responsibility . The buyer assumes full responsibility for materials, construction and the use of products.

Refunds
   Skatoramps reserves the right for future refunds. No refunds will be made after the buyer (you) opens skatoramps original envelope. Buyer must send the booklet inside it's original envelope back to skatoramps for a refund or cancel the order 24 hrs or less past form the order time. Skatoramps reserves the right to make exceptions.

Privacy Statement
   Your privacy is as important to us as it is to you. It is not the policy of Skatoramps to sell or rent information about our visitors to third parties.
